TCPA Consent & Communication Practices

The practices described below reflect our actual operating standards, which are intentionally stricter than baseline TCPA law to align with carrier-side agent guidelines (including those of American Amicable Group and other appointed carriers).

Your consent

By submitting any form on this site, or otherwise providing your contact information, you authorize AZ Life Pro (Jake Beach, an Arizona-licensed insurance producer, NPN 21178164) to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide regarding life insurance, annuities, and related insurance and financial products.

How we contact you

The following describes our actual operating practices. We hold ourselves to these regardless of what the law alone allows:

• Calls are placed manually by a live person. We do not use automated dialing systems, predictive dialers, or pre-recorded voice messages. Every outbound call originates from a real human at the time it is dialed.
• Calls are placed between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time (your time zone, not ours). We do not call outside those hours.
• Caller ID is always transmitted. We do not block or spoof outbound caller ID.
• Text messages, if sent, are transactional only. SMS is limited to confirming a form submission, confirming a scheduled call, or replying to a message you initiated. We do not send marketing or solicitation text messages.
• Email is used for substantive responses — quote summaries, illustration files, scheduling — not bulk newsletters or unsolicited promotional content.
• We do not send unsolicited fax communications.
• If you ask us not to call again, we don't. Single request, full stop.

How to opt out

You may withdraw consent at any time by any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any text message we have sent you.
• Tell us during a phone call that you wish to be removed.
• Email hello@azlifepro.com with the subject line OPT OUT.

Opt-outs are honored within one business day. Removal applies across all communication channels (phone, email, text). Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply for any text messages sent.

Lead source

We do not purchase leads from third-party vendors that use auto-dialers, predictive dialers, pre-recorded voice messages, or marketing text messages. Inbound leads come from forms on this site (and from clearly attributed paid advertising on Meta, TikTok, Google, and similar platforms — all of which use first-party form submission, not telephone-based lead generation).
